Burgess Financial Planning does not sell financial products. Nor do we receive referral fees, commissions or any third party payments that could lead to a conflict of interest with our clients. Our greatest value to our clients is objectivity, simple solutions, wisdom about financial markets, and proper planning for the future.
Clients have the flexibility to engage on either a one-time, as-needed or ongoing basis.
Our areas of specialization are investment planning, retirement planning and college funding. We provide clients with a financial road map that produces a sense of direction and control over their future.

- Investment Advice - We will provide you with recommended investment strategies which are consistent with your goals and risk tolerance. We will also provide specific recommendations for reducing investment volatility, decreasing expenses and increasing tax efficiency.

- Life Insurance Planning - We will help decide if you currently have the most appropriate type and amount of life insurance.
- College Planning - We will advise you on the major elements to consider in choosing the best way to save for college: tax efficiency, investment costs and control of assets.

We have no minimum fees or asset requirements. Fees will depend upon the complexity of the analysis and the amount of time involved in meeting with you in person or over the phone, researching and analyzing your current situation, and providing specific recommendations.
Once your financial plan is complete, you determine how much ongoing assistance you require with implementation and investment monitoring. As part of each engagement we are available to answer questions about the plan and to provide guidance about implementation.
